After 16 years of experience providing customer service in corporate environments and serving as general contractor for the construction of four personal homes, Sandra decided to obtain her Real Estate License and to pursue employment in the Residential Brokerage field. She graduated from the Real Estate Institute in early 2004 and joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage the same year. Sandra was recognized as a Sterling Silver Award Winning Broker from 2006 until 2010.  She is a High-End Homes Specialist, New Home Sales Specialist, as well as a specialist in zoning, building codes, right of ways and easements.
